The staff were amazing! They were very patient and friendly and were able to speak good English. The location is close to the Jimbocho station which is connected to different lines which makes tourist areas very much accessible. Take note that there are exits with elevators/escalators however the nearest exit to the station only has stairs, if you want an exit with escalator/elevator, just cross the road, it is also not too far. There were also nearby local restaurants with affordable prices, some closes early tho. Convenient stores are also close by, the closest is the Family Mart which is only a few walks away. A grocery store is also a walking distance away, but have limited selections. There are also convenient vendo machines nearby, but the hotel also has a cafe which you can order. They have free flowing iced coffee and water, even at night. For breakfast, they serve basic toast with various jam flavor and butter, soup was okay, hot coffee was good. The room was a bit small tho, if you are planning to bring luggages, but the beds and comforter was comfy enough for a restful evening. The shower is okay, serves hot water with free body wash and shampoo, but if you are taller than average asian or of bigger built, it may feel a bit too tight. They have house rules of what time you are only allowed to use the hairdryer, so the area, even if shared, is quiet. They also have an affordable self-service laundry at the basement. They also have a walking distance ABC Mart, for sneaker heads. It was a pleasant stay and would love to be back.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel in a shared dormitory! Despite being a dormitory setup, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of privacy offered. The space is thoughtfully designed, ensuring that every guest has a sense of their own personal area. The cleanliness was impeccable — from the dormitory to the common areas, everything was spotless and well-maintained. It truly added to the comfort of my stay. The staff deserves a special mention. They were incredibly supportive and went out of their way to assist with any questions or needs I had during my visit. Their hospitality made the experience even more memorable. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its fantastic location. Being so close to the Jimbocho metro line made commuting across Tokyo incredibly convenient. Whether you're exploring iconic landmarks or hidden gems, this location is perfect for getting around the city efficiently. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially if you're looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay with great amenities and accessibility.

The location can’t be beat. The nearest station is Jimbocho which is less than 5 mins walk. Another station is Takebashi who’s is about 8 mins walk in the opposite direction. Plenty of convenience stores along both routes. Plenty of small restaurants- we counted Chinese, Indian, Thai in addition to the local ramen and Japanese curry eateries. Area is quiet as it’s off the main road. But there was construction going on next door during our stay. Not an issue for us because we left the hotel just when the workers start each morning and came back long after they have stopped.

We got the family room for 3 nights. Definitely a great deal with it's large size and facilities. The bunks were comfortable and clean, and we all slept really well. Coffee and toast in the morning was excellent, and the staff are the friendliest people you could ever meet. The location is excellent. Good restaurants and lots of choice nearby and walking distance to convenience stores, supermarkets, and some attractions. Great base if you want to do some runs, we ran to the Imperial Palace, Yasukuni Shrine and Hie Shrine. Great base to visit Ginza for shopping as well.

the staff is wonderful. they were so helpful with my questions and special needs. the beds are very comfortable with a good pillow and duvet, privacy curtains, and lots of space. Great free breakfeast of soup, toast, jam, tea and good coffee; hot and cold water access fulltime. Nice sitting area on a quiet street. near to a cheap supermarket and convenience stores, the imperial Gardens, and a metro. I loved it and will definitely stay there any time I come to Tokyo!
